Thanks the Anisab-team we have now the first OVA of Senjou no Valkyria 3 in Blu-ray resolution, so far only the raw format is available but probably a version with english subtitles will be released soon. The OVA is available in two resolutions, 720p [1280x720] and 1080p [1920x1080], both in mkv format with FLAC sound.
